What do we do with your data in accordance with the privacy legislation (GDPR-AVG)

Goal

When you are approached by one of our recruiters, you apply for a vacancy or when you register via the Job-Flow website (https://en.job-flow.nl), we will include the personal data you provide in our database. We process your personal data for the following reason:

· for the benefit of our job placement process

· to contact you about your profile and wishes

for carrying out activities such as recruitment, selection, and offering/proposing/mediating/placement towards our clients

· We do not archive data on race/ethnicity, religion, health, political opinions, union membership or sexual orientation.

We ask for the following personal data:

· First and last name

· Contact details (address details, telephone number, e-mail address)

· Profile picture

· Employment history and wishes

· Profile data (skills and competences)

· Curriculum vitae

Retention period

For this purpose, your personal data will be kept for as long as it is necessary to complete the recruitment process. If we reasonably expect to have other interesting vacancies for you in the near future, we may keep your personal data for these purposes

Parts

We share your personal data with third parties if this makes sense for the execution of our job placement process, or to comply with a legal obligation.

Data is only provided to our clients with your permission. We never share personal data with third parties without your permission. If a client operates outside the EU, sharing can take place outside EU countries.

Rights

You have the right to view, correct or delete your personal data. You can send a request for inspection, correction or removal, as well as permission to share it with third parties to solliciteren@job-flow.nl. We will respond to your request as soon as possible, but within four weeks.

Misc

By liking messages that Job-Flow or people from the Job-Flow organization on social media and/or leaving information (including Facebook and LinkedIn), you must be aware of the fact that your personal data will be made public.

We use Google Analytics to collect data to improve the quality and accessibility of the Job-Flow website. We do not collect any personal or company specific information.
