Job-Flow organiseert trainingen voor mensen met autisme van deelnemende bedrijven aan de hand van “Autisme Op Je Bord”. Autisme Op Je Bord is een hulpmethode waarmee collega’s elkaar helpen om een ideale werkomgeving te creëren. De trainingssessie vindt plaats in teamverband. Onder leiding van een ervaren trainer zullen de personen met autisme samenkomen. De methode is uitermate geschikt om gezamenlijk te onderzoeken op welke wijze het autisme zich manifesteert en welke behoeften hieraan ten grondslag liggen. Aspecten zoals gedrag, eigenheid, cognitieve theorieën, sociaal emotionele vaardigheden en sensorische informatieverwerking worden behandeld. De training biedt uw bedrijf de handvatten voor de aanpassingen die nodig zijn om een collega met autisme optimaal te kunnen laten functioneren.

• During this training, we will jointly investigate with a select group (4-5 people) how autism manifests itself and what underlying needs are behind it.
• Communicating the outcome of this investigation to and with the employer is central to optimizing the responsiveness between employer and employee.
• The training provided by a certified trainer with years of practical experience.
• The duration of the training is 5 days of 3,5 hours, including preparations.
• The costs are € 3975, -, excluding VAT. Proof of participation is included. A one-hour preliminary discussion with someone from within the company is included.

The training must take place within a distance of 40km from the Jan Camperstraat 5, Heerlen. If the distance is greater, € 0,19 per km will be charged. Any additional costs for an external location are for the account of the customer. The payment term is 15 days after sending the invoice.
